Inconsistent sizes of handlers in Rectangle vs. Rectangle Select

I see there was some work done for Rectangle Select handlers in https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/pull/211

I tested this new handlers and they look nice in latest master https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/actions/runs/1737917335 on Ubuntu 20.04.

I compared handlers of Rectangle Select with Rectangle and the handlers size do not match, see attachment. The same is for other objects like Line/Curve etc.

This is basically the same as bug 1958924 - the shape tools aren't yet using the new handles that the selection tools have

It is actually not the same. This bug is for handlers in 100% zoom state. The other bug report is for zooming.

Maybe one implementation will fix both of the problems, but I think we should keep both bug reports opened, that we have a checklist of problems.

Yeah, my comment meant that the implementation for fixing one would end up also fixing the other. I'm fine keeping both open for verification though.
