Sorry, this cannot be true. String freeze was on 23rd, I used this pot file from:
http://www.unstable.it/luca/inkscape.pot (made on February 25th)
because the one on regular link:
http://inkscape.modevia.com/potfile/inkscape.pot
is even older (February 21st).

My po file compared to luca's pot file says it is completely up to date and fully translated, except for the string "PLACEHOLDER, do not translated", which shouldn't be translated at all. Since luca's file is from 25th, and today is 26th, are you saying there was another string added today?

If this is true - where can I find a fresh pot file to update my po file from it? I guess you should notify all translators of this change and send them the link to up-to-date pot file! Thanks.

No, that's all ok. You only have the placeholder one left blank. One string get wrongly fuzzy during the update and I've manually unfuzzied it.
But please note that I've told translator to use the .po *already all updated* in the branch, as I can't guarantee to always update the inkscape.pot daily (usually it lacks a bunch of days). Anyway, I consider this issue closed, isn't it?
