Merge libnxml 0.18.1-4 from Debian(Unstable)

   * Bump Standards-Version to 3.7.3
   * Bump debhelper compat to 6
   * Add libnxml0 to libnxml0-dbg Depends (Closes: #463183)

Remaining changes to be merged:

  * debian/rules: Include clean-la.mk from cdbs to fix the .la file.
  * debian/control: Modify Maintainer value to match
    DebianMaintainerField spec.

Did you try with out clean-la.mk? Could be that the following change does something similar:
  * Add libnxml-depends script to generate strict dependencies for the
     libnxml library
If it does, we could sync it.

As I did the last upload: the reason for the use of clean-la.mk was that the .la file referenced an other .la file which caused FTBFS in an other package.
IIRC it was during the time when the .la file of one lib moved to /lib/ and back to /usr/lib/ but I don't remember which lib it was.
