Bug Description

php-composer-xdebug-handler 2.0.2-1 was sync'd in from Debian, however the version of composer currently in the archive requires <2.0 to install. Unfortunately the new composer from debian has a circular build dependency involving php-composer-metadata-minifier which needs the old php-composer-xdebug-handler. (A few other things like symfony also ftbfs without an installable composer binary).

Please pull the binaries for php-composer-xdebug-handler 2.0.2-1 from jammy. We can re-introduce them once we can update to a newer composer.
