FF exception for new upstream release 0.8.2

Binary package hint: gnash

this week 0.8.2 will be released (they try to align for ubuntu release cycle, but just missed the date this time).

As expected it adds a bunch of bug fixes and improvements. I guess, nobody will object granting this FF exception.
