FTBFS on s390x or with new python-meshio

python-meshplex on s390x fails on mesh.cell_circumradius:

Also, all arches will see failures when triggered with the python-meshio from proposed.

python-meshplex with the attached debdiff FTBFS against the version of sphinx currently in jammy, but I found your patch in https://bugs.debian.org/997756 and included that in the upload.
