Name is not displayed on shared pages and collections in a group

When a page or collection is shared with a group, the name of the portfolio author is not displayed any more. This is a regression.

To replicate:

1. Create a group.
2. Create a page and a collection in your personal portfolio area.
3. Share the page and the collection with the group.

Results:

- Expected: Your name is displayed before the date (screenshot 'Mahara 20.10').
- Actual: Your name is not displayed (screenshot 'Mahara 21.10').

Bug 1951464: Repairing sharedviews.tpl

The commit c47b0ddf6fcab5ba43be5a8123636e1bce2ca2ad moved some parts
of the template around but ended up deleting some needed code.

This patch puts back the missing code and cleans up the indentation as
well
