There is one odd issue (bug #1951289) where one CPU seems unable to schedule across all possible CPUs. However this could not be seen on other arm64 hardware. For that I am tempted to say this is either a hardware issue or race. However this happening on a CPU #32 when 128 are available sounds a little suspicious.

The remaining missing results are deploy or setup issues on nodes which are extremely slow/busy (spitfire/michael).

There are two changes not being verified as of today. One (bug #1945576) is dropping 2 checks on a specific Intel NIC driver which were not only pointless but also are claimed to cause issues. Even if the issues are not resolved the checks were testing hardware features which according to Intel would always be the same.
The other change (bug #1949516) is adding a capability check for an action that should be privileged. It was causing side effects only in the context of snap image systems which do not allow to gain those rights at the moment. However that is more of a design issue there.
Accepting those two without verification.
