[SRU] Enable support for Yoga Cloud Archive

Please add support for:

   cloud-archive:yoga
   cloud-archive:yoga-proposed

This will also need to be SRU'd back to focal.

End users have to manually enable the yoga cloud archive pockets.

sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:yoga-proposed

Accepted software-properties into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-properties/0.99.9.8 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
