Bug Description

A warning pops up if you delete a Quick effect chain preset.
This does not pop up if you try to delete a normal Effect chain preset.
This is inconsistent.

I think that happens because the chain is referenced in the other coloum as well.

Correct, this is by design. The preset is not deleted from the filesystem until there are no more references to it in either list.

I think this dicovers a usability issue:
The users wants to remove the chain from the selector, they is not aware that there is a hidden list of chains in the chain manager.

The popup warning us created from inside the chain manager, which has no context in which the delete action is performed.

I think this is a design issue.
We may either hide the fact of the hidden list or make it visible.

A bandaid would be to change to give more context int the warning message.

Something like:
"The chain is no longer referenced and will be deleted irrecoverably. Proceed?"

We could change the text of the warning to clarify that the action is irreversible.

Internal effect chains can be restored with "Reset to defaults".
For other chains we should clarify the warning.

This is still a valid request, even if it does not express everyone's opinion.
