Mahara langpack sync needs to use 'main' instead of 'master'

Now that we are renaming our trunk branch from 'master' to 'main' we need to get the sync_langpacks.php script to use the correct one

Checkout the patch and try installing a language pack, eg:

sudo -u www-data php htdocs/admin/cli/sync_langpacks.php -l=ja
