Requestsync doesn't show the report before asking if it should be edited

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

Now that requestsync has been complicated by use of an editor, it asks if the user wants to edit the report without showing what the report is going to be. How can the user possibly know if they want to edit it if they haven't seen it yet.

Please either revert the sensible editor change or display the text before asking if it should be edited.
