Binary package hint: usbutils

usbutils failed to build in the latest archive rebuild test:

dpkg-buildpackage: source package usbutils
dpkg-buildpackage: source version 0.73-5ubuntu1
dpkg-buildpackage: host architecture i386
dpkg-checkbuilddeps: error: syntax error in debian/control at line 6: duplicate field Maintainer found
dpkg-buildpackage: warning: Build dependencies/conflicts unsatisfied; aborting.
