Binary package hint: lockfile-progs

lockfile-progs failed to build in the latest rebuild test:

dpkg-buildpackage: source package lockfile-progs
dpkg-buildpackage: source version 0.1.11
dpkg-buildpackage: host architecture powerpc
dpkg-checkbuilddeps: error: syntax error in debian/control at line 13: duplicate field Priority found
dpkg-buildpackage: warning: Build dependencies/conflicts unsatisfied; aborting.

lockfile-progs (0.1.11ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
    + Remove duplicate Priority line (LP: #194529).
    + Modify Maintainer value to match DebianMaintainerField spec.
