[FFe] Enable gtk4 support

Due to the long Debian freeze, the update of Fcitx packages generally lags in Ubuntu. It's too late in the cycle to sync packages which have been updated with new upstream releases, but at least I think we should enable gtk4 support in impish.

Hmm.. That wording including the typo is present in several Fcitx5 package descriptions. I'll mention it to the Debian maintainers somehow.
