Instance resize in Horizon not working

Attempted a resize of instance in Horizon, and it fails with:

Danger : An error occurred. Please try again later.

however, when I run this:

openstack server resize --flavor {id} instance_name

then it works fine. This means that the nova config is OK, as the resize completes, but for some reason Horizon doesn't want to do it.

All other operations in Horizon, for creating instances, volumes, networks, all working fine.

Deploy system: Debian 11 Bullseye
kolla-ansible: 12.2.0
OpenStack Version: Wallaby
Distro: debian
Install Type: source

Yup, it looks like there is an issue in the upstream package. Kolla only provides images and Kolla Ansible deploys them so there is nothing to do on our side.
