Bug Description

Building ubuntu-reports leads to an error related to undefined symbols on RISC-V.

Only since logrus commit bdb7d4c53122 ("go.mod: update golang.org/x/sys to fix openbsd/mips64 on Go 1.16") we get a dependency which allows for RISC-V.

It is reasonable to use current logrus master/origin of today as dependency for ubuntu-report.

golang-1.16 - 1.16.7-1ubuntu2 available in ppa:xypron/golang will have to be sponsored first for building on RISC-V.
