Test wsh-libs.wsh causing segfault with glibc >= 2.34

This package has failing autopkgtests with glibc 2.34. There is a segmentation fault somewhere in the wsh code.

This appears to just need a no-change rebuild to build against glibc 2.34. While that may indicate an issue in glibc itself, I will investigate that separately.
