RT: due to compile issues with stress-ng the first pass of these 4 regression tests failed on all instances; ubuntu_ramfs_stress, ubuntu_stress_smoke_test, ubuntu_vfat_stress, and ubuntu_zfs_stress. I reran these tests manually on a1.metal and t3.medium instances with no regression. No other obvious regressions observed. Tagging regression-testing-passed
