Bug Description
Old code that is not used in Mahara anymore should be cleaned out. This refers specifically to the accordion that we once used before 20.10 to add new blocks to a page.

Bug 1939094: Clean out old blocktype category list
The blocktype category selector has not been in use in Mahara since
version 19.10. This patch removes left-over code.
