Bug Description
Dell laptops with HDA Intel based cards may provide a capture mixer entitled "Digital". On Dell machines this is typically tied to an integrated webcam. Currently, there is no init script policy in place to adjust/set the volume by default. The first time they are booted, the digital capture mixer is consequently set to 50%.
