Bug Description

This release is mostly bugfixes, but does have some minor feature related changes so I'm requesting an FFe (I'm upstream and Debian maintainer for the package so I can promise good upstream support if there are issues).

Relevant bug fixes:

- Added exit log message promised in policyd-spf(5)
- Fixed IP whitelisting to work with multiple IP ranges
- Fixed 'seed only' option to work
- Fixed domain whitelist to work
- Fixed domain whitelist to work with multiple domains
- Correctly detect IPv6 addresses in skip and white lists and use correct implicit CIDR for IPv6
- Correct examples and policyd-spf(5) to not have spaces in IP and domain lists
- Log error if IP whitelist or skip list have non-IP address items in the lists and then don't crash

In addition to doing bugfix and feature specific testing of all changes in this release, I've also run my standard pre-release tests. Finally, I have a number of testers for this release who are evaluating it now (which is why it's still called an RC - the only known change left to be done is to update the RPM spec files).

As an added point, none of the usual testers of this package except myself use Ubuntu, so if I tried to pull the bug fixes out (which are probably 80% of the code changes in any case) to avoid introducing new features in Ubuntu, it would end up less tested.

changes look small enough. Also, I guess we've both very good maintainer and upstream support, if things go bad, right? ;)

ACK #1.

I think 1+1 still equals 2 nowadays.
