Bug Description
Binary package hint: grub2
When migrating an existing GRUB menu.lst, Grub2 will convert all Ubuntu XXXXX strings to read as Debian GNU/Linux XXXXX instead. It would be much more convenient if these strings were instead created from the LSB toolset (for both distros).
