There should be a bounce when scroll to boundary

This is usability bug. There should be a bounce when scroll to top or bottom boundary of the page. This is for better usability and consistant with other applications.

Reproduce steps:
----------------
(1) Launch midbrowser
(2) Scroll the page to top or bottom boundary

Current result:
----------------
There is not a bounce

Expected result:
----------------
It would be good if there is a bounce when scroll to the boundary

I think you could refer to the behavior of moblin-media, which may help you understand the bounce I mean.It will make user aware that he has scrolled to the boundary of the page. You could regard this as a feature request too :)
