ubuntu-21.04 legacy

I can not find any LEGACY ***SERVER*** version of the latest Ubuntu version 21.04.

There is : ubuntu-21.04-live-server-amd64.iso

But I can not find the file :

ubuntu-21.04-legacy-server-amd64.iso

I want to install the minified version within the server (F4) file but I can not find it.

The legacy server installer has been discontinued (it was called "legacy" for a reason). 20.04 is the last release to provide a d-i based installer, on a transitional basis.

Please forward my question to the developer to consider legacy version to 21.04 as well :)

...Meanwhile, I want to ask if there is any minified installer for ubuntu 21 (as the same as I install with F4 modes at the legacy versions).
