Enable CONFIG_IPV6_MROUTE_MULTIPLE_TABLES in kernel configuration

CONFIG_IPV6_MROUTE_MULTIPLE_TABLES is required on BlueField.
This feature is enabled by default in the standard Ubuntu kernel configuration.
