Bug Description
Dpkg's default compression may change to zstd in 21.10 (LP: #1923845). The packages listed here should be changed to compress the binary packages with xz to make binary copying them to Trusty and Xenial safe.

grub2 doesn't get copied back, only grub2-signed and grub2-unsigned. (grub2-signed is also not a binary copy back that far so this is probably technically not required, but we should double-check.)
