running xubuntu 21.04 from daily image this week

It is on xorg

After installing from the current daily version of xubuntu, I run the
following:

sudo apt-get install gnome-system-monitor

From the whisker menu, it just fails to launch

From the terminal

gnome-system-monitor fails to launch with the following:
