windows: scaling in 'Top Spending' text too big in UHD 3840 x 2160

I use an HP Envy x360 15-ed... and have installed HomeBank.In the recommended resolution of 3840 x 2160, the 'Top Spending' window does not scale correctly.

In any case this is probably a gdk/gtk bug, as the windows version is not up to date.
It is 3.24.14, and latest available in msys2 is 3.24.27.

I will try to provide you a zip file with updated gtk stack to se if the problem last or was fixed.

... sorry, I somehow missed your .zip file. Now I localized, copied content into the HomeBank directory and tested it. There is now improvement so far, however, by starting 'HomeBank_debug.exe' a new error message appears (see pics attached).

I have noticed this effect on my Surface Pro device which is high resolution (2736 x 1824), with Scale set to "200% (Recommended)". The "Top Spending" window scale is what I'd call 'huge'.

My desktop computer has a 22" standard monitor and the scale is such that the font is similar in size / in keeping with the Accounts list on the left.

Never got to mention it as a 'bug', but I'd appreciate any option to improve the size that is displayed.
