Ubuntu on Windows CE vmmem uses too much memory

After downloading and installing Ubuntu for Windows CE, I noticed my memory usage was very high. Found the process vmmem using most of the memory.

Can you provide the following information:

1. Your Windows 10 build;
2. The Distro (Ubuntu on Windows Community Preview, or other distro);
3. the WSL Version (WSL1 or WSL2).

Do you have similar issue on normal Ubuntu distributions?
