Switch to Mutiny layout in Hirsute doesn't honour light theme selection

Bug Description
Ubuntu MATE since Hirsute ships light and dark variant of the Yaru theme. The light theme being the default.
Current behaviour:
When using MATE Tweak to switch to the Mutiny layout, a dark dock is always selected even if the Yaru MATE light theme is active.
Expected behaviour:
Switch to Mutiny should select a dock colour that respects the user's theme preference.
