Thanks for the bug report. I can see from your Lspci.txt that there definitely is an Intel wifi card installed. So this looks like some kind of GUI (or intermediate daemon) bug.

Next time the problem happens please try turning on wifi by pressing Fn+PrtScr. If that doesn't fix it then please open a Terminal while the problem is happening and run:

  rfkill > rfkill.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.

Changed in gnome-control-center (Ubuntu):

Currently, While I'm connected to wifi, I'm getting the above output on the
terminal when executing `iwconfig` command. If I face the issue again I
will post the result to this mail.

Power management might be crashing the driver, in terminal

sudo sed -i 's/3/2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
systemctl restart network-manager.service

See if it happens again

I execute the above two commands but the issue won't arise like before.

Thanks. The iwconfig output seems to show the wifi adapter is missing at the kernel level. When it was working your kernel log shows the adapter was called 'wlp1s0'... Next time the problem happens, please run this while it is happening:

  dmesg > dmesg.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.
