Bug Description
In the Angular staff catalog, the item count for the set preferred library no longer displays in the search results. Counts do display if the searched library is filtered for a specific library
In 3.4, setting the preferred library triggered the display of item counts for that library in the search results.
Having the holdings display for the preferred libraries helps users quickly see which records are held by their library or system while searching the consortium without having to open each record.

Confirmed in Evergreen 3.6.1.
Display of the counts for the preferred library on the list of hits is crucial information for library staff members both when cataloging and serving patrons.
Without the preferred library counts on the hits list, it's necessary to click through to the full record to check holdings for the preferred library, which means a lot of extra clicking and scrutinizing.
