Bootstrap OPAC: Show more/fewer copies broken

In 3.6.1 Bootstrap OPAC:

On titles that have a lot of copies - if I click "Show more copies" once, it just refreshes the page without showing more copies. I have to click it again, sometimes several times, to get it to show more. But even then, it does not load all the copies.

In this example, there are 137 copies, but the most I can get to load is 50. Looking at the URL, it looks like it may be hardcoding in a limit of 50. There is no option to load more at that point, there is only an option to "Show fewer copies."

You can see the lack-of-paging-ability problem with the Concerto dataset as well, although there aren't any records that I've seen with more than 50 copies.

In some scenarios, "Show fewer copies" will reset to the limit to 0 and not show any copies at all.

I was also having issues with pagination and "Show more copies/Show fewer copies" in the tpac using most current master. I reverted the patch associated with LP1687545 and both the tpac and boostrap pac worked fine.

The "Prev/Next", "Show more copies" and "Show less copies" do have a tendency to just disappear in the bootstrap catalog, even with the reversion of the aforementioned patch, especially when you hit the boundaries. Marking confirmed.

A couple of things that I am seeing.

If you continue to click 'Next' until you reach the last screen, the 'Next' link is hidden, which it should be, but the 'Prev' link is also hidden.

If you click on 'Show more copies', all of the copies display, if there are less than 50 copies, but 'Show fewer copies' is not displayed.
