Regression tests reviewed. Two newly reported failures, though they appear to be new tests suites on Bionic so would not consider to be regressions. Switching Regression Testing status to Fix Released.

Newly filed bugs:
all tests in ubuntu_performance_power fail on Bionic amd64

All except setup in ubuntu_performance_fio fails on bionic generic amd64
