Bug Description
In Kubuntu 20.04, if I install k4dirstat, Firefox chooses k4dirstat as the default file manager when I attempt to "Open Containing Folder" for a downloaded file. Here's a screenshot of where I'm clicking in Firefox that launches k4dirstat:

If I uninstall k4dirstat, Firefox will instead open my file manager at the correct location (where the file was downloaded to, instead of launching k4dirstat).
How can I have both k4dirstat and a Firefox that acts right when I click "Open Containing Folder"?

k4dirstat declare it self has being able to open folders (this is in usr/share/ applications/ k4dirstat. desktop) .
There is no way to specify a MIME priority in a .desktop file. Users are expected to configure this priority them self. To do so edit/create $HOME/. config/ mimeapps. list (user specific) or /etc/xdg/ mimeapps. list (system wide) and add:
[Default Applications] =thunar. desktop <-- enter your prefered file manager here
inode/directory
xfce4-mime-settings provide a GUI for that. I guess that KDE and Gnome have similar tools.
