can't upgrade to 20.04

Bug Description
Every time I try to upgrade to 20.04, the process fails saying there's unofficial packages. I use ppa-purge, but it doesn't fix the problem.

PPA's are causing the problem.
Try this: team/lutris kisak-mesa
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudp ppa-purge ppa:lutris-
sudo ppa-purge ppa:kisak/
