The samba update is in the way of the python3.9 transition now

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 samba : Depends: python3 (< 3.9) but 3.9.0-3 is to be installed
         Depends: python3-samba but it is not going to be installed

MP ready, PPA building, dep8 tests (mostly) passing.

We will have to fix bug 1905510 in order to make samba migrate.

    - d/p/VERSION.patch: Update vendor string to "Ubuntu".

      + Add "(Samba, Ubuntu)" to server string.
      + Comment out the default [homes] share, and add a comment about
        "valid users = %s" to show users how to restrict access to
        \\server\username to only username.
    - debian/samba-common.config:
      + Do not change priority to high if dhclient3 is installed.
    - d/control, d/rules: Disable glusterfs support because it's not in main.

        + For compatibility reasons, allow specifying an insecure netlogon
