olive-editor on arm64 fails with

   dh_dwz -a

dwz: Too few files for multifile optimization

upgrading to newest elfutils 0.182-1 from proposed, and dwz 0.13+20201015-1 from experimental does not help.

will upload olive-editor that skips said binary on arm64 from dh_dwz treatment.

the build I locally tested in a chroot in the end, was not the changes file that i did dput on..... sigh.

the intended fix is now there, so that's good =) thanks.
