Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better.

Can you please be more specific, you mention GNOME related programs, but which programs, when doing what etc?

It may also be helpful if you create a short video (via phone) of the issue & provide a link to it if possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot work on this bug because your description didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.

We have instructions on debugging some types of problems at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures.

At a minimum, we need:

1. The specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem.
2. The behavior you expected.
3. The behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).

Thank you!

This could be one of a number of different issues...

Please:

1. Attach a video or photo of the problem.

2. Next time the problem starts happening open a Terminal window and run:

   journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

and then attach the resulting text file here.

Download full text (5.1 KiB)

Sorry for not adding sufficient information.
However the issue is fixed now.
I uninstalled and reinstalled my dgpu drivers and now everything is fine.
If you need more information please let me know. Please know that I cannot
record a video now as I don't have the issue anymore.
