I'm using Ubuntu 20.04, and my super key doesn't work for any shortcuts or presses.

I've tried to rebind the key, but it doesn't work. I've tested the keyboard on other PC's, and the super key works just fine, so I'm unsure what to do.

Do you mean just Super, or other combos like Super+Key ?

The latter is configurable in Settings, but the former is hidden here:

  gsettings get org.gnome.mutter overlay-key

Also you have a lot of extensions enabled which can break things:

Please open the Extensions app and disable all but the standard Ubuntu extensions. Then log out and log in again. Does the problem still occur?
