Multiple issues with personal calendar subscriptions

Bug Description

Working with the sample data, I did some basic experimentation with calendar events and subscriptions. Here's a list of little issues I found:

  - It's possible to add events to other people's calendars. Is that intentional? If so, are they "their" events or "mine"?

  - When subscribing to somebody's calendar, I don't see the events pop up in my calendar. How do I make them appear?

  - I can subscribe to my own calendar. Is that reasonable? If so, what is supposed to happen when you subscribe?

The "add" links are displayed for calendars you don't have permission to access, in accordance with the policy of not hiding functionality.

If you can really add events to any calendar on the system, it probably means you are logged in as an administrator.

The events are currently visible under "/calendar" (the merged calendar). This should be less confusing when the idea of a separate "merged calendar view" goes away.

Calendar removed in mainline r5044, so it's no longer possible to add events to other people's calendars, or subscribe to your own or anyone else's calendar.
