Wrong interface language at startup

Bug Description

In MacOS 10.15.6, the app starts in Greek, and I can't change it to English. All my other apps are in English.
Preferred language in settings is English (it says English - Primary), and there is also Greek as a secondary input choice. Region is Greece, but that shouldn't affect the interface. Or there should be an option.

I think the workaround here is to set the `LANGUAGE` environment variable, e.g. running `env LANGUAGE=en open Pinta.app` from the command line.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug in the Mono.Unix library, as it is working properly in the in-progress GTK3 port. However, it might be a good idea to offer an option to explicitly set the UI language.
