a menu bug

This what I have: duplication of menu-bullets this the right of Menu.
This what I do:

- open Applications Menu
- open Utility Mini Menu
- close Utility.
- get menu-bullets over 15 bullets but in reality I have just 3 menus

NP: just the bullets not Menu pages.
