Bug Description
When attempting a distribution upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04, the upgrade fails and returns the following message:
Could not determine the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.
This was likely caused by:
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
Please use the tool 'ppa-purge' from the ppa-purge
package to remove software from a Launchpad PPA and
try the upgrade again.

From logs, it looks like you have the "oibaf" PPA enabled and it is causing conflicts. Make sure you remove it (and other PPA's you may have enabled: graphics- drivers
