Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that your bug report is not filed about a specific source package though, rather it is just filed against Ubuntu in general. It is important that bug reports be filed about source packages so that people interested in the package can find the bugs about it. You can find some hints about determining what package your bug might be about at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage. You might also ask for help in the #ubuntu-bugs irc channel on Freenode.

To change the source package that this bug is filed about visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1891470/+editstatus and add the package name in the text box next to the word Package.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:

apport-collect 1891470

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.

-b Bus-centric view (addresses and IRQ's as seen by the bus)
-D Always show domain numbers
-P Display bridge path in addition to bus and device number
-PP Display bus path in addition to bus and device number

Resolving of device ID's to names:
-n Show numeric ID's
-nn Show both textual and numeric ID's (names & numbers)
-q Query the PCI ID database for unknown ID's via DNS
-qq As above, but re-query locally cached entries
-Q Query the PCI ID database for all ID's via DNS

I have run both commands *journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt > lspci -k >
lspci.txt*

*And*
dpkg -l > packages.txt

But no output has been given.

*Please teach me to upgrade kernel. I have poor technical knowledge:(

Those are separate commands that do not print any output. You need to run them on separate lines:

  journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
  lspci -k > lspcik.txt
  dpkg -l > packages.txt

and then attach the text files they created here.

It appears you still have the unsupported 'oibaf' PPA installed which has modified your graphics packages. So to continue please either uninstall that PPA using the 'ppa-purge' tool, or reinstall Ubuntu.

When done, please open a new bug by running:

  ubuntu-bug mutter

Changed in linux (Ubuntu):
status: Incomplete → Won't Fix

Run this command:

  dpkg -l | grep oibaf

If it returns nothing then you're done and can open new bugs:

  ubuntu-bug mutter

If it returns more than nothing then you still have packages to remove.

Please make sure you have removed the 'oibaf' PPA from your machine and then open a fresh new bug if you have any problems.

You need to install the 'ppa-purge' tool and then use that, so something like:

  sudo apt install ppa-purge
  sudo ppa-purge ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers

or

  sudo apt install ppa-purge
sudo ppa-purge <Hit Tab to autocomplete the command>...

Please try the instructions in comment #27 again. If you are unable to remove the PPA then I would ask you to please reinstall Ubuntu before logging any more bugs. And don't use PPAs if you are not familiar with managing them, or if you need to log bugs.

If you do reinstall Ubuntu then be sure to backup all your data first.
