Bug Description
[Impact]
* xrdp will failed to start in the current Ubuntu 20.04 LTS images on the Quick Create with the current livecd-rootfs images generated.
[Test Case]
* Generate a Hyper-V image with livecd-rootfs;
* Import the geneated vhdx to Hyper-V;
* Check whether the xrdp service is running via "systemctl status xrdp".
[Regression Potential]
This patch will apply to a later version of xrdp, thus potential regressions would be a result xrdp being outdated. Which will cause problem for bionic or older, thus this will be only backported to focal and higher.
