Bug Description

This is the Ubuntu counterpart to Debian https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=966598

99% copy of the Debian bug text:

Package sgabios provides a variant of x86 BIOS/firmware. It was
only used by qemu system emulation in Debian. The upstream development
stopped many years ago, and now it is maintained within the only its
user, qemu, and is built from qemu sources too (qemu-system-data
package, /usr/share/qemu/sgabios.bin). Package sgabios is not useful
by its own.

While it does not really hurt , I guess, to keep this package in the
archive, I also don't see a reason for that.

sgabios has rather high numbers on the popcon data. This is because
it's been suggested by qemu for quite some time.

Also this package is in Depends: of libguestfs0. This is okay, since
qemu-system-data provides sgabios (and conflicts with it), so the
dependency is satisfied by qemu-system-data which is a required
dependency of qemu-system-x86 anyway. A Debian bugreport was filed for
libguestfs0 to remove the explicit dependency on sgabios, which
is #966596 , but it is completely optional due to this Provides.

Please consider removing sgabios from Groovy.
