They hang here forever, until they time out.
This is causing us serious throughput problems currently.
I'm going to upload pkg-kde-tools to drop this lintian run. If you want to re-enable it, please make sure you check that this problem is fixed - the hang is reproducible using autopkgtest-

The lintian in groovy proposed (2.86) reverts the change that caused this hang. Once that is in release we can re-enable the lintian checking.
