Bug Description
The patch for bug 1735568, in addition to fixing the issue with resizing indicator and subfield label inputs, tweaks the background color for the AngularJS MARC editor. Specifically, it makes the fixed field area have a light cyan background color and the tag area have a grey background.
Do we want to have the Angular MARC editor follow that scheme as well for the sake of consistency and improved readability?

Noting that Open-ILS/ src/eg2/ src/app/ staff/share/ marc-edit/ rich-editor. component. css has the following relevant comment:
/* /bugs.launchpad .net/evergreen/ +bug/1735568 approval
* wait for https:/
background-color: lightcyan;
border-bottom: 1px solid gray;
*/
Clearly I was on a reasonable track filing this bug. :)
Anyway, this would cover the fixed field background, but not applying a grey background to the tag section.
