Make background color of Angular MARC editor consistent with AngularJS one?

The patch for bug 1735568, in addition to fixing the issue with resizing indicator and subfield label inputs, tweaks the background color for the AngularJS MARC editor. Specifically, it makes the fixed field area have a light cyan background color and the tag area have a grey background.

Do we want to have the Angular MARC editor follow that scheme as well for the sake of consistency and improved readability?

Noting that Open-ILS/src/eg2/src/app/staff/share/marc-edit/rich-editor.component.css has the following relevant comment:

Clearly I was on a reasonable track filing this bug. :)

Anyway, this would cover the fixed field background, but not applying a grey background to the tag section.

We would very much like to see the light cyan and grey background colors moved into Angular MARC editor for consistency and for readability.

I would definitely like to see the grey background color in the Angular MARC editor. It makes it much harder to read without it.
